Proper use and maintenance of dust removal equipment can help improve its dust removal efficiency and extend its service life.

 
1: In each ventilation and dust removal system, detection instruments should be installed and equipped. At fixed intervals, relevant data should be accurately recorded, including the pressure difference of the system, the voltage and resistance value of the main motor, the temperature of the inlet and outlet, and the ambient temperature used. Relevant maintenance personnel can analyze the operation status of the equipment through these regularly recorded values.

 2: When dealing with substances produced by combustion and high-temperature gases, this type of dust often contains a large amount of sparks and unfinished combustion media, which are self igniting and charged, and generate static electricity during friction. This type of dust can be cooled down in advance using a fan. The collection port of the dust removal equipment should be far away from the source of unfinished dust generated by direct combustion to prevent damage to the filter bag, motor failure, and other situations.

 3: The filter bag of the dry dust removal equipment needs to be replaced regularly. If there are problems such as damage, bag sticking, or blockage, it needs to be replaced in a timely manner. For other situations, replace according to the replacement time mentioned in the user manual.
 
4: When the ambient temperature rises, especially in high temperature environments during summer, the lubricating oil for the motor bearings of the dust removal equipment needs to be replaced and added in a timely manner. Thinner lubricating oil can be used during high temperatures.

 5: The dust removal equipment needs to be stopped for a long period of time, and the humid air in the bag chamber should be discharged, replaced with dry air, and cleaning and rust prevention work should be done.

 6: Regularly inspect the major components of the dust removal equipment for rust and corrosion, and effectively carry out anti-corrosion treatment before installation, especially for some components exposed to the air.
