1： The Influence of Grinding Materials on the Grinding Machine

Grinding materials refer to some materials that need to be ground and processed by a powder mill. From the initial material entering the inlet of the powder mill to the final discharge, the actual grinding effect of the powder mill is observed.

1: Materials with high hardness

The higher the hardness value of the material, the greater the requirements for the grinding machine, and the degree of wear of the grinding machine will increase. Therefore, the hardness of the material can reflect the actual use effect of the grinding machine. For the same volume of material, materials with different hardness will have different grinding effects.

2: Materials with high moisture content

If the moisture content in the raw material is too high, the new material will become a cohesive subdivision, making it difficult to discharge. During continuous feeding, the thickness of the material layer in the grinding disc will continue to increase, making it difficult to grind the material. Some grinding machines may experience obvious vibration, and the working efficiency of the grinding machine can be judged by grinding materials with high moisture content.


2： The operational stability of the grinding machine

The operation of equipment such as grinding mills is relatively stable and can achieve low dust and low noise. When identifying the quality of grinding mills, choose grinding mills with basically the same processing parameters, and let them run at the same time to observe their vibration and noise conditions. Generally, grinding mills with better quality will have relatively stable operating conditions. If there is noise or obvious vibration in a short period of time, the stability of such equipment is poor.


3： Distinguishing the compressive strength of grinding machines

In actual production, after running for a period of time, the performance of the grinding machine will decrease to a certain extent. Due to the wear of the grinding rollers and discs in the grinding machine, it is difficult to change the structure of the material during the grinding process, and the pressure difference during grinding becomes smaller.

When choosing a grinding machine, the method of quality identification is to look at the material and processing effect of the relevant wear-resistant parts. The service life and efficiency of the wear-resistant parts will have a certain impact on the actual use of the grinding machine.


4： The cost of after-sales maintenance for the grinding machine
When the structure setting of the grinding mill is relatively reasonable and the technology is relatively mature, the vibration and abnormal situations in the production process will be reduced, the overall wear resistance will be improved, and the after-sales cost of the grinding mill will be reduced. The replacement cycle between major components will be extended. From this perspective, the quality identification of the grinding mill is based on the replacement cycle and maintenance interval of its main components.
